Housekeeping Talent on the Agenda
ACT Clean recently sponsored the UK Housekeeper's Association’s (UKHA) monthly meeting. Held at the Axis Restaurant at One Aldwych, the meeting was attended by more than 100 housekeepers and hotel cleaning services providers. The evening provided a networking opportunity for London hotel cleaning service providers to discuss and share thoughts on issues relating to their business. The guest speaker, Jane Sunley, the CEO of Learnpurple delivered an informative speech on “Who stole my talent?” about how to engage, develop and retain the best people. The speech focused upon the importance of employee engagement and the behavioral differences of the X and Y generations.
